What is the eLearning Refund Policy? 

  • If notice of cancellation is received in the first 48 hours of purchase and the class has not been taken: Full Refund
  • If notice of cancellation is received in the first 48 hours of purchase but the class has been started: No Refund
  • If notice of cancellation is received after 48 hours of purchase: No refund; funds can be applied to other staff or training for up to one year from purchase date

Are there any discounts?

Yes! There is a 20% discount for group purchases of 10 or more staff.

What if I made a purchase for someone who is no longer with the company?

  • As long as the classes haven’t been taken yet, your payment can be used towards any of your staff for any of our training options for up to one year from the original purchase date.

 

How can I purchase a course for someone else?

On every pricing page, you will see an option to select the quantity of seats you want to purchase, and the option to purchase "For Someone Else". Make sure you choose the correct quantity of seats, and select "For Someone Else". Once you have completed your purchase, you will get directions regarding how to allocate the purchased seats via email invite.
