What is the eLearning Refund Policy? 

• If notice of cancellation is received in the first 48 hours of purchase and the class has not been taken: Full Refund
• If notice of cancellation is received in the first 48 hours of purchase but the class has been started: No Refund
• If notice of cancellation is received after 48 hours of purchase: No refund; funds can be applied to other staff or training for up to one year from purchase date.

LIVE TRAINING

What is the refund policy for Live Training?

• Full Refund – Cancel no less than 60 days prior to event originally registered for.
• Less $50 admin fee – Cancel 31 to 59 days prior to event.
• Credit – Cancel less than 30 days prior to event. Credit is held for 1 year.
