Mandi Lewis

Mandi is the Director of Training at Zeffert University. She is a nationally recognized leader in the development of affordable housing compliance training. She has served as a property manager of LIHTC properties since 2010 with up to 2,000 units, and since joining Zeffert & Associates, has earned several promotions, currently serving as the Director of Training for Zeffert University. For 2023, she was honored by the National Association of Homebuilders as their choice of the “HCCP of the Year” award, which is bestowed annually to one person. Mandi works with owner/agents, developers, agencies, and many thousands of individuals every year, to provide the most relevant education when and where it is needed most. She carefully curates the Course Catalog, oversees the strategy behind training scheduling and content creation, and regularly attends events so that learning is always available to meet every student in their journey.

"My job is to conduct an institution of higher learning for multifamily owners, agents, and investors,” says Mandi, demonstrating that the success of these organizations starts with their employees.
