Policy Statement: Account Inactivity and Deactivation
To ensure the security, efficiency, and proper management of our Learning Management System (LMS), the following policy regarding account inactivity is hereby established:
Inactivity Period
Any user account that remains inactive for a continuous period of one (1) year will be subject to deactivation. Inactivity is defined as the absence of login activity or engagement with the LMS platform during the specified timeframe.
Notification
Prior to deactivation, users will receive a notification via their registered email address 30 days before the one-year inactivity threshold is reached. This notification will serve as a reminder to log in and engage with the LMS to maintain account activity.
Deactivation Process
If no activity is recorded within the 30-day notification period, the account will be deactivated. Deactivation will result in the suspension of access to the LMS and its associated resources.
Reactivation
Users whose accounts have been deactivated may request reactivation by contacting the LMS support team. Reactivation requests will be subject to verification and approval.
Certificate and Designation Management
Zeffert University is committed to providing high-quality training and compliance education for the affordable housing industry. However, Zeffert University is not responsible for tracking certificates, designations, or staff progress within our Learning Management System (LMS).
It is the sole responsibility of the individual user or their organization to monitor and maintain records of training completion, certifications, and progress. Zeffert University provides tools and resources within the LMS to assist users in accessing and downloading their certificates and tracking their progress, but the management and retention of these records remain the responsibility of the user or their organization.
