What is the refund policy for Live Training?


Full Refund – Cancel no less than 60 days prior to event originally registered for.

Less $50 admin fee – Cancel 31 to 59 days prior to event.

Credit – Cancel less than 30 days prior to event. Credit is held for 1 year.


How do I get my Certificate of Attendance?

Your Certificate of Attendance will be awarded on this platform. You will receive an email once your certificate is awarded. You can login to download your certificate. 


How many hours of Continuing Education Credits will I get? 

The number of CECs you will earn depends on the length of training and your attendance. Attendees are expected to be present and on time. If you do not attend all days of training, the amount of CECs earned will be impacted. 


What happens if I have an emergency/delay the day of the training and I can't attend? 

Email Director of Training Mandi Lewis as soon as you know you will no longer be able to attend to be transferred to another class: mlewis@zeffert.com


What if I made a purchase for someone who is no longer with the company?

  • Your payment can be used toward any of our staff for any of our training options for up to one year from the original training date.
  • If you are unsure who to replace the original attendee at the moment, we can add you to our credit list and hold your payment until you are ready to use it. Please note expiration date of credit.


How can I purchase a course for someone else?

On every pricing page, you will see an option to select the quantity of seats you want to purchase, and the option to purchase "For Someone Else". Make sure you choose the correct quantity of seats, and select "For Someone Else". Once you have completed your purchase, you will get directions regarding how to allocate the purchased seats via email invite.
