The Housing Compliance Manager of the HUD Program “HCM-H” designation exam is a premier way to communicate your level of knowledge in successfully managing HUD properties. This 100-question exam is open-book.  The manuals provided in the Essentials of the Housing and Urban Design Program pathway contain all the references needed to pass this exam. A score of 67% is required to earn the certification of the HCM-H designation.
