The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) serves as an important protection for not only women but anyone who is a victim of domestic violence. This class features all VAWA regulations, including the most recent substantial change in 2022. The student will also learn about VAWA’s role in tenant selection plans, bifurcating leases, and handling reported domestic disturbances.
