The Housing Compliance Manager of the Rural Development Program “HCM-R” designation exam is a premier way to communicate your level of knowledge in successfully managing Rural Development properties. This 100-question exam is open-book. The manuals provided in the Essentials of the Rural Development Program pathway contain all the references needed to pass this exam. A score of 67% is required to earn your HCM-R designation.
