The Housing Compliance Manager of the Rural Development Program (“HCM-R”) designation exam is a premier way to communicate your level of knowledge in successfully managing Rural Development properties. This 100-question, open-book exam uses manuals provided in the Essentials of the Rural Development Program pathway; these contain all references needed to pass. A score of 67% is required to earn your HCM-R designation.
