Ronnette Jameson-Smith is a Senior Trainer and affordable housing expert at Zeffert University, the education division of Zeffert & Associates. With extensive experience across multiple housing programs and training formats, she delivers engaging instruction tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners from small sessions to large conferences. Organizations nationwide seek Ronnette for her expertise, and her training calendar is often booked six months in advance.

Known for her energetic, motivational, and results-driven approach, Ronnette is a trusted resource and valued leader in the affordable housing industry. In 2022, she was honored as the National Association of Home Builders’ HCCP Designee of the Year.

Ronnette is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and holds multiple industry designations, including HCCP, HCM-R, CPO, and FHC.

Natalie Meador, HCCP, FHC, is a multifamily housing professional with more than 20 years of industry experience, including 13 years specializing in LIHTC and affordable housing compliance. She is a recognized educator and industry leader known for translating complex Affordable Housing regulatory requirements into practical, real-world application for onsite teams, owners, and housing partners.

She has worked with state housing finance agencies, housing authorities, nonprofits, and national management firms, strengthening compliance capacity, improving audit readiness, and advancing careers across the affordable housing industry.

Based in Oklahoma, Natalie is married and balances her professional work with life as a busy mom of two teenagers and one very loud beagle.
