The Housing Compliance Manager of the Tax Credit Program “HCM-TC” designation exam is a premier way to communicate your level of knowledge in successfully managing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties. This 30-question exam is an open book.  The manuals provided in the Essentials of Low-Income Housing Credit Program pathway contain all the references needed to pass this exam. A score of 67% is required to earn the certification of the HCM-TC designation.
